Fried Potatoes
2 Tbsp butter
1 Tbsp canola oil
4-5 potatoes washed, peeled and sliced thinly (or cubes)
1 small onion (optional)
may use onion powder
salt and pepper to taste
Fry all in pan until crispy brown and potatoes are soft
