Fudge Brownies

¾ Cup Hershey’s Cocoa                                2 Cups Sugar
2/3 Cup Vegetable Oil                                  2 Eggs
1 tsp. vanilla                                               ½ Cup Boiling Water
1 ½ Cups Self-Rising Flour

  • Blend the oil into the cocoa, stir well.
  • Add the boiling water – stir until the mixture thickens.
  • Stir in sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
  • Then add flour, stirring well.
  • Pour into a lightly greased 13x9 baking pan.
Bake at 350 for 35 – 40 minutes
