Buttermilk, to soak chicken
2 Cups Flour
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Garlic Powder
½ tsp. Cayenne Pepper
1 Cup Butter
½ Cup Honey
½ Cup Broken Pecans
INSTEAD OF USING THIS COATING, YOU CAN USE THE KERNELS
- Soak chicken in buttermilk for 30 minutes.
- Mix flour, salt, garlic, and cayenne pepper.
- Dip chicken in mix for 20 minutes.
- Fry in oil until done.
- Cook butter, pecans and honey until well blended.
- Pour over chicken to serve.
