Lasagna (Mom's)

2 lbs. ground beef                                                      
1 large onion
1 Jar Presto Spaghetti Sauce                                               
1 (12-oz cottage cheese)
2 Eggs                                                                       
1 can tomato sauce
2 tsp. salt                                                                           
1 tsp. pepper
1 pkg. lasagna noodles                                              
1 pkg. shredded mozzarella cheese
Parmesan Cheese

·         Brown together hamburger and onion, add spaghetti sauce, tomato sauce, salt and pepper.
·         Simmer for 2 hours.
·         Cook lasagna noodles in water with 1 tsp. salt and 1 tsp. oil
·         Blend together the cottage cheese, egg, mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
·         Layer lasagna and the sauce, then cheese.
·         Ending with the cheese mixture.
·         Top with a heavy coating of parmesan cheese.
·         Bake 350 for 30 minutes.
