Hot Fudge Pudding

1 Cup Self-Rising Flour                                       
1 ¾ Cup Sugar, divided
½ Cup Milk                                                        
2 TBSP Butter, melted
1 tsp. Vanilla                                                     
Pinch of Salt
1 ½ Cups Hot Water                                           
Ice Cream/Cool whip (optional)
4 T. Cocoa, divided

·        Combine flour, ¾ cup sugar, and 2 TBSP cocoa.
·        Stir in milk, butter and vanilla.
·        Pour batter into a 9-inch square-baking pan.
·        Combine 1-cup sugar, 2 TBSP cocoa, and salt.
·        Mix well and sprinkle over batter.
·        Pour water over top, bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
·        Serve warm with ice cream or cool whip.
