Lemon Poundcake

Cake:
1 pkg. lemon cake mix                                                   
4 Eggs
1 pkg. lemon instant pudding                                          
1 Cup of Water
& Pie filling (4 serving size)                                              
1/3 Cup Crisco or Crisco Puritan Oil

Glaze:
½ Cup Lemon Frosting

·         Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
·         Grease and Flour a 10 inch Bundt Pan
·         Combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, water and oil in a large bowl.
·         Beat at Medium Speed with electric mixer for 2 minutes, Pour into pan.
·         Bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
·         Cool in pan for 25 minutes.
·         Invert pan onto serving plate.
·         Cool completely.

For glaze, heat frosting in small saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thin. Or Microwave on high (100%) power for 10-15 seconds. Do not overheat.
Drizzle over cake.
