Mississippi Pound Cake

2 sticks of margarine                                    1 ½ cup chopped pecans
½ cup cocoa                                                2 cups Sugar
4 Eggs                                                         1 tsp. Vanilla
1 ½ cups Flour                                             Dash of Salt
1 small package of miniature marshmallows

  • Mix ingredients well. 
  • Bake in a large square pan at 350 for 35 minutes.
  • While hot, pour miniature marshmallow on top. 

ICING
1 box of powdered sugar
½ cup cocoa
½ stick softened margarine
½ cup milk
½ tsp vanilla
  • Beat ingredients together and pour over marshmallows.
  • When cool, cut into squares
