Meatloaf

½ Sleeves of Crackers *
1 Slice of Bread, moistened

1 ¼ lb. Ground Chuck
2 Eggs
Green Pepper
Onion
Salt
Pepper
½ Cup Ketchup (maybe a little bit more)
1 TBSP Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp. Mustard

·         Preheat oven to 350
·         Crush the saltine crackers onto a plate.
·         Moisten the piece of bread lightly; lay the bread on the top of the crackers.
·         Combine the rest of the ingredients, add the moistened crackers and bread
·         Mix well.
·         Pat out in a little baking dish
·         Smear the top with ketchup
·         Add a little bit of water to the edges to help it bake.
·         Bake for 1 hour.
·         Pour off any grease

*If you have any croutons, you can add those as well.
