1 cup Parmesan Cheese
½ Cup Brown Sugar
2 crunched handfuls of Ritz or Tollhouse Crackers
Small can of mushrooms (pieces and stems)
· Mix all together and pat out longwise

· Take out and drain grease, then glaze the top or top and sides
· Bake on top only until it suits your taste, don’t over do it and dry it out.
GLAZE
Equal parts of Heinz tomato catsup and brown sugar.
- Take out and cut in slices, cheese should be consistent and stay sandwiched in slices.
- Extra glaze on top great!!
