Meatloaf

2 - 2 1/2 lb. of hamburger (Chuck or Roast)  Less grease is better
Large Onion, Chopped
Large Green Pepper, Chopped
Garlic Salt or Powder
12 dashes of worschesticher sauce
1 cup Parmesan Cheese
½ Cup Brown Sugar
2 crunched handfuls of Ritz or Tollhouse Crackers
Small can of mushrooms (pieces and stems)

·         Mix all together and pat out longwise
·         Add 1 – 2 cups of Mozzarella Cheese to one side, then fold over the other half to form a loaf.  (Cheese should be in middle)
·         Bake for 30-45 minutes at 350.
·         Take out and drain grease, then glaze the top or top and sides
·         Bake on top only until it suits your taste, don’t over do it and dry it out.

GLAZE
Equal parts of Heinz tomato catsup and brown sugar.

  • Take out and cut in slices, cheese should be consistent and stay sandwiched in slices.
  • Extra glaze on top great!!
