One Dish Meal

6 – 8 Small Pork Chops Potatoes, peeled & sliced            
Salt, Pepper, and Flour                                 
3 – 4 Large Carrots, peeled & sliced                                
1 Tbsp. Parsley
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup                                         
½ soup can of Water
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup                                     
3 Tbsp. Oil

·         Season potato slices with salt and pepper, Place in well-greased casserole dish.
·         Add parsley.
·         Add layer of carrots rings, seasoned the same way.
·         Salt and pepper the chops and dip in flour.
·         Brown lightly and quickly in oil.
·         Place Pork Chops on top of carrots in casserole dish.
·         Mix Soups and Water well.
·         Cover Pork Chops with soup mixture.
·         Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour turning chops one after 30 minutes.
