Oven Fried Chicken Nuggets

2 pounds chicken breast                                                 
½ tsp. Paprika
Breadcrumbs                                                                  
½ tsp. Pepper
½ Cup Low Fat Buttermilk                                              
¾ tsp. Salt

·         Heat oven to 400 degrees.
·         Line cookie sheet with aluminum foil
·         Trim fat from chicken.
·         Cut chicken into 2” pieces.
·         Combine breadcrumbs, and spices into bowl.
·         Place chicken & buttermilk into plastic bag with Zipper top, seal and refrigerate 5 minutes, turning once.
·         Dip chicken into breadcrumb mixture to coat.
·         Place on cookie sheet, Spray with PAM.
·         Bake 30 minutes or until crispy and is no longer pink in center.
·         Serve with barbecue sauce or sweet and sour sauce and No-Fry French Fries.
