Oven Fried Potatoes

8 Large, Unpeeled Potatoes
1 tsp. Salt
½ Cup Oil                                                                       
½ tsp. Garlic Powder
2 TBSP Grated, Parmesan Cheese
½ tsp. Paprika
¼ tsp. Pepper

  • Wash and cut potatoes into wedges.   Arrange peel side down on a baking sheet.
  • Mix remaining ingredients, and brush over potatoes.
  • Bake in a 375 preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until potatoes are golden brown.
  • Brush occasionally with oil mixture.
