1 ½ Tablespoon Margarine
Semi-sweet chocolate chips
½ Cup Creamy or Chunky Peanut Butter
½ cup confectioner’s sugar
- Melt margarine & chocolate in a double boiler.
- Stir occasionally until melted.
- Cool slightly.
- Mix peanut butter and sugar.
- Form into 1-inch balls, using two spoons, dip balls in chocolate and coat completely.
- Place on waxed paper. Set in cool place until firm. Stir covered in refrigerator.
