Peanut Butter Balls

1 ½ Tablespoon Margarine                                   
Semi-sweet chocolate chips
½ Cup Creamy or Chunky Peanut Butter                 
½ cup confectioner’s sugar

  • Melt margarine & chocolate in a double boiler.
  • Stir occasionally until melted.
  • Cool slightly.
  • Mix peanut butter and sugar.
  • Form into 1-inch balls, using two spoons, dip balls in chocolate and coat completely.
  • Place on waxed paper. Set in cool place until firm.  Stir covered in refrigerator.
