pumpkin bars

1 Can of Pumpkin (2 Cups)                                  
1 ½ Cup Sugar
1 Cup Oil                                                          
2 Cups Flour
4 Eggs                                                              
2 TBSP Cinnamon
2 TBSP Nutmeg                                                 
2 ½ tsp. Butter
1 ½ tsp. salt     If using self-rising flour, omit the salt!!

·        Mix together and bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes in a sheet can (cookie pan).

ICING:
3 oz. Cream cheese                                            
1 Cup Powdered Sugar
¾ Cup Butter                                             
1 Tsp. Vanilla

·        Spread over cooled cake, refrigerate!
