Pumpkin Mints

2 boxes Powdered Sugar (10X)                             
1 Stick Margarine
1 Tbsp. Evaporated Milk                                      
1 drop of RED Food Coloring to 5 drops of YELLOW
½ tsp. Oil or Peppermint                                    
1 box Whole Cloves

·        Allow margarine to reach room temperature.
·        Mix the margarine with 1 box of sugar and milk using tips of fingers.
·        Add oil of peppermint and food coloring.
·        You may have to keep adding more powdered sugar to get the consistency right, so I recommend buying another box of powdered sugar.
·        Roll into balls.
·        Use a toothpick to make groves.
·        Place cloves for stems. (DO NOT EAT CLOVES)
