Scalloped Potatoes

Blend:
                                                                   1 can cream of mushroom soup
                                                                   Dash of pepper
                                                                   ½ to ¾ cup milk

In a buttered 1 ½ quart casserole, arrange and alternate layers:

                                                                   4 cups thinly sliced potatoes
                                                                   1 small onion
                                                                   Mushroom sauce

Dot the top with butter. Sprinkle with paprika. Cover.
 Bake at 375 for 1 hour.
  • Uncover and bake an additional 15 minutes.
