3 slices bacon 2 TBSP Brown Sugar
½ cup chopped onion 1 TBSP Vinegar
1 16oz. can of Pork Beans 1 tsp. mustard
2 TBSP ketchup Green Pepper, if desired.
- Fry bacon until crisp, reserve drippings in pan.
- Crumble bacon and set aside
- Sauté onions in drippings until tender
- Add bacon and remaining ingredients.
- Simmer 5 – 10 minutes or until thickened
