Skillet Baked Beans

3 slices bacon                                                        2 TBSP Brown Sugar
½ cup chopped onion                                             1 TBSP Vinegar
1 16oz. can of Pork Beans                                     1 tsp. mustard
2 TBSP ketchup                                                     Green Pepper, if desired.

  • Fry bacon until crisp, reserve drippings in pan.
  • Crumble bacon and set aside
  • Sauté onions in drippings until tender
  • Add bacon and remaining ingredients.
  • Simmer 5 – 10 minutes or until thickened
