1 Cup Pecans 1/3 cup Margarine
½ Cup Karo Light Corn Syrup 1 tsp Maple Flavoring
½ tsp Salt 1 pound Powdered Sugar
- Chop ½ cup nuts finely, chop the other half coarsely
- Mix together everything except for the nuts. – ADD the cornsyrup, sugar all at once.
- Kneed in finely chopped nuts.
- Shape mixture into 2 rolls, 2 inches thick.
- Brush with additional corn syrup and roll in coarsely chopped nuts.
- Wrap and chill
- Slice into ¼ inch pieces before serving
