Yeast Rolls

2 pkg. Dry yeast                           
1 cup warm water
½ cup warm water                         
4 – 4 ½ cups self-rising flour
1/3 cup oil                                    
1/3 cup sugar
1 stick margarine

·      Mix yeast and ½ cup warm water. Let set about 15 minutes.
·      Add sugar, oil and 1 cup warm water. Mix just a little.
·      Add flour until dough is soft but not sticky.
·      Cover; let set about 1 hour.
·      Roll onto floured board. Cut and dip into melted margarine.
·      Let rise to double in size.
·      Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
