Hashbrown Casserole

2 lbs. frozen shredded hash browns, thawed                   
1/2 stick melted butter                                
3 Eggs                                                                  
½ Cup Sour Cream
 1 Cup – 2 Cups Cheddar Cheese                          
¾ to 1 cup Bread Crumbs
Salt & Pepper

·         Mix above ingredients in large bowl
·         Put mixture in a 9x13 casserole dish
·         Mash it down to form with the dish
·         Top with bread crumbs and cheese
·         Bake 350 – 375  for 25-35 minutes
