Meatballs

8 saltine crackers *
1 Slice of Bread, moistened
1 lb. Ground Chuck
1 Egg
Onion
Salt
Pepper
1 can of cream of mushroom soup, divided
½ soup can of milk


·         Preheat oven to 350
·         Crush the saltine crackers onto a plate.
·         Moisten the piece of bread lightly; lay the bread on the top of the crackers.
·         Combine the egg, chuck, salt, pepper, onion and 1 TBSP of the cream of mushroom soup.
·         Add the moistened crackers and bread
·         Mix well.
·         Roll out into balls and fry on all sides.
·         Place in a baking dish.
·         Combine the rest of the mushroom soup and ½ soup can of milk.
·         Pour over the meatballs and bake for 35 minutes
