Sour Cream Cornbread
1 cup self rising flour
2 eggs, beaten
½ cup oil
1 8oz carton of sour cream
1 small can of corn
Beat first four ingredients
Fold in corn.
Bake in greased skillet @ 425 for 30 minutes.
