½ LB. Soft Caramels ***
Pecan Halves
Chocolate & 1/8 lb. paraffin
· Cut caramels in half.
· Place about 4 caramels on a dish and microwave for @ 20-30 seconds.
· Place pecan halves on wax paper and wrap caramel over pecans. Let cool.
· Melt chocolate and paraffin over double boiler.
· When cooled, dip the caramels in chocolate, either dark or white.
· Place on wax paper to cool
· Sprinkle with candy sprinkles if using white chocolate
